The beautiful carousel, Madame Carol Sell, has long been the star attraction at the Georgian gardens; that is until hot air balloon Mr Popsy, floats in to town.

Madame Carol Sell’s envy spins out of control, and Mr Popsy’s hot-headedness reaches new heights as their competition lead to acts of sabotage, revenge, and the occasional dance off! After all that, they find themselves no better off than they were at the start. Will the pair of attractions ever find fair ground?
